Always find the right word

Categories and sub-categories are illustrated by the many elements that belong to them: in the “stone fruit” category, for example, you’ll find a screen listing the different fruits in this category, along with a very precise definition for each one, allowing you to differentiate them, for example, by their texture, their scent…

Expand your vocabulary in five languages

By clicking on any word, students can see at a glance its simultaneous translation into five languages! Each translation is accompanied by text-to-speech, so students know the exact pronunciation of each word in French, English, Spanish, German and Italian.

An interactive tool

 
The Visual encourages exploration and discovery, but it’s also an easy-to-use interactive tool! The search function allows you to see all occurrences of a given word: “mountain” can be found in “mountain mass”, but also in “mountain bike”; as for the word “network”, it can be found in “bus network” as well as in “network port”.
Training mode enables students to put into practice the information they’ve just learned. By clicking on “Test your knowledge”, they are offered two training modes: Place, which asks them to match the terms displayed on the screen to the corresponding labels in the image, and Listen, which allows them to match the terms they hear to the corresponding labels in the image.
